Traveler’s Guide to the 2011 Ford Fusion Sport

Sporty, yet professional. Fun, but still practical. Extremely good looking, not too flashy.

Perfection.

Enough about me though, let’s talk about the Ford Fusion Sport.

Fortunately, the Fusion Sport possesses many of the same qualities as I do. This vehicle does a great job of bringing the driver a fun driving experience full of performance and sport, all while remaining professional and practical. If you are looking for a vehicle that is fun to drive without having to sacrifice utility and value, look no further.

Under the hood, the Fusion Sport packs a 263 horsepower 3.5L V6. But what’s all that power good for if the car doesn’t handle well? Don’t worry Ford thought about that too. The Fusion Sport is equipped with a sport-tuned suspension to help you keep control of the car when you are feeling like some “spirited” driving. The Fusion Sport can also be equipped with an optional AWD system for even better handling and performance. Oh, and it also gets 18 mpg city and 27 mpg highway. All this great stuff in a 4 door sedan? Um, yes please!

Let’s not forget about the technology Ford stuffed in to this car. Think about this; you’re driving down the highway and trying to switch lanes. You put your signal on to get over and OOPS, forgot to check that blind spot and now the guy you just cut off won’t stop riding your tail. If only your car was equipped with BLIS (Blind Sport Information System). BLIS uses radar sensors located on the rear quarter panels to identify whether or not a car is in your blind spot. If there is, a little warning light will illuminate in the appropriate side view mirror. Pretty cool, huh?

Lebanon Ford Travel Tip: With the Ford Fusion Sport, you can drive out to your favorite winding country back roads and pretend you are driving your favorite sports car, without spending the money on one. For a fraction of the cost, enjoy a fun, sporty ride that you can still drive to work every day and haul the kids around in.
