2013 Ford F-150 Pricing Revealed

2013 Ford F-150 Picture

The number-one selling truck in the nation, the Ford F-150, has been restyled for the 2013 model year. Along with the restyled look comes a difference in pricing from the 2012 model. A base 2013 F-150 XL equipped with the 302 hp, 278 lb-ft 3.7-liter V6 starts at $24,665, just over the recently announced 2013 Ram 1500’s $23,585 base price. The price of the F-150 does reflect a $995 destination charge though, giving the F-150 a starting price tag of just $80 over the Ram and $170 over the outgoing model.

The Ford F-Series continues to be the top-selling vehicle for Ford, with 58,201 models sold last month (up 19.3 percent) and over 400,000 units sold through August according to Truck Trend. The competition wasn’t even close with Chevy selling 38,295 Silverados last month and Ram third at 25,215. With that type of sales I doubt the slight increase in price will deter any potential buyers for F-150.
